I enjoyed 2 nights there. Came in Lytham St Annes to relax and have fun, this classy hotel was characterful base for doing it. Everything was first-class as expected, though the bathroom was quite small. The staff was welcoming and exceptional.

The location was perfect and nice for traveling around Lytham St Annes, very close to town centre, both the restaurant and the festival. Plus, the hotel was situated not too far from Ashton Gardens. The classic double room was new-fashioned with what looked like a newly refurbished bathroom, the bed was comfy. Very helpful personnel in all areas, everything was ideal.

The hotel was really close to Pier and town centre, the St Anne's seafront and the St Anne's town and Lytham festival thanks to its great location. Ate at Anatolia Sea View, it's not too far away from the venue. An electronic key card, tea and coffee making equipment, and a multi-channel television were available in our classic twin room.
